Inga Smirnova started gymnastics as a young girl in Russia and was a decorated gymnast from 1982-1987. During that time she was a competing team member of the USSR National Women's Gymnastics Team, the Kazakhstan National Women's Team, and the Kazakhstan Sports Society "Dynamo" Team. She is currently a Certified National Gymnastics Judge and has been since 1999.
Inga brings over 28 years of extensive knowledge and coaching with her in the gymnastics and acrobatics area. She is USAG professional member, U100: Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction certified, and U101Safety and Risk Management certified.
Katie Sherlock is a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth who has been a part of the studio for almost 20 years. At the age of 3, she started in her first tap and tricks class and later became an active member of both the competitive dance and gymnastic teams. She was a successful competitive gymnast for many years, and won numerous regional and national titles with her dance team. She began coaching classes when she was a Level 7 competitive gymnast, and quickly fell in love with the job. She has worked to perfect student technique, choreograph routines, and guide gymnasts through their competitive seasons. Katie is a USAG professional member, U100: Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction certified, U101Safety and Risk Management certified. and has attended many regional and national congress event trainings.
Having been a gymnast at McKeon herself, Katie has many years of direct training under Peter and Trisha Cacciapaglia, providing her with the talent and passion necessary to be a wonderful coach. She has continued to work with gymnasts of all levels throughout her college years, while pursuing her undergraduate degree. She has always said, "McKeon is my second home, always has been, always will be".
Colby was a member of the national award winning dance and gymnastics team at McKeon for 10 years. She recently graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Sport Management. She is head of Spirit for Cheerleading and Dance at The University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
Colby has been a valued member of our coaching staff for 5 years. She is USAG professional member, U100: Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction, U101 Safety and Risk Management certified and Heads Up certified.
Patty Black started doing gymnastics at Holliston School of Gymnastics as a child after which she went to S.Y.G.A. (Southborough Youth Gymnastics). As a freshman in high school she started teaching preschool gymnastics on Saturday mornings. She furthered her gymnastics training at Springfield College. Patty has taught at Pioneers Gymnastics, Flipside Gymnastics and worked at the Metro West YMCA in Framingham, where she was the Program Director for about 6 years and ran the gymnastics and dance programs. Patty has taught all levels of gymnastics from parent/child to preschool to school aged and levels 4 and 5. She is USAG professional member, U100: Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction certified, U101Safety & Risk Management certified.

Marisa was born into the sport of gymnastics, giving her almost 20 years involved in the sport. She began competing at the age of 5 and assistant teaching at the age of 13. She was a member of her high school team and was awards the coaches award her senior year. Her primary study in high school was early childhood development which gives her a great insight into working with our young gymnasts.
Marisa is a USAG professional member, U100: Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction certified, and U101Safety & Risk Management certified.
Denise began dancing and gymnastics when she was just 12 years old. She attended McKeon School of Dance & Gymnastics and studied jazz, tap, ballet, tap and gymnastics. When not in the gym or dance studio, you could find Denise doing Crossfit and obstacle course racing!
Denise began teaching gymnastics and dance at McKeon when she was 13 years old. She has experience teaching in a variety of school settings from traditional preschools to various schools in the New England area. She loves inspiring children to move in the studio and learn in the classrooms. She has been sharing her passion for dance and movement with students and is very excited to be back home at McKeon and work with all of the talented students there.
Julia Antetomaso has been a member of the McKeon family since 2016. She is a member of our competitive gymnastics team and has had much success. In 2019 she won the title of regional vault champion and MA state All-around champion. She started teaching gymnastics when she was young and quickly fell in love with it. She teaches ages 3-12 and loves every second of it.
Julia speaks proficient Spanish and is first aid and CPR certified. She has a very bubbly personality and loves anyone she meets! Julia is also a member of the Mount Saint Charles National Honor Society and maintains a 4.2 GPA all year!
Ana’s love for gymnastics all started at 18 months old when she took her first parent and tot class and wouldn’t get off the trampoline. Her athletics further blossomed when she started dancing at age four. She has been a member of the McKeon family since 2012 and is a member of both our Competitive Gymnastics and National Dance Teams. She won the title of AAU All-American and all-around champion in 2015.
Ana recently began teaching gymnastics in 2020 where she quickly became enamored with her students and their love of the sport. She is a member of the LaSalle Academy Varsity Gymnastics Team and has achieved High Honors academic achievement. Ana is very excited to be joining the coaching staff at McKeon Dance & Gymnastics.
Jayden has been a member of the McKeon Family for 9 years! She began gymnastics at a young age and quickly fell in love with it. Jayden is a member of our competitive gymnastics team. She recently earned the title of MA state bars, beam, and All-Around champion! She advanced on to the 2021 Xcel Regionals where she took first place and earned the title of All Around and floor champion!
Jayden loves sharing her love for gymnastics with young children and teaching them everything she knows. She teaches ages 3-9. Jayden is first aid and CPR certified. Along with all of Jaydens other accomplishments, she is a recurring member of her school's Honor roll program!
Shaun was a competitive cheerleader for six years ranging from high school all the way up to the collegiate level. During his undergraduate studies, Shaun began coaching gymnastics as a part-time job to help pay his way through school.
Shaun has spent his last four years coaching gymnastics competitively, specifically, as a floor and vault coach. Aside from gymnastics, Shaun is a Youth and Family Therapist and a father to two puppies, Paxton and Preston.
KERI ST. CHARLES
Keri St. Charles became involved in gymnastics at the age of 3 at the YWCA, where she began competitive gymnastics and trained under Jackie Court. When she was 9 years old, Keri went to McKeon’s where she trained under Peter and Trish until graduating high school. She was an accomplished member of the competitive gymnastics and dance teams. In 1995, she went to Germany as a member of the US delegation to the World Gymnaestrada.
Keri began teaching at McKeon’s in high school and has been back throughout the years. She was also the Assistant Coach for the Wellesley High School Gymnastics team while she was in college at Framingham State. She graduated with a degree in Psychology with a focus in Child Development. Throughout her coaching career, Keri has taught parent/child classes and coached all levels of recreational and competitive gymnastics from preschool through high school. She is a USAG Professional Member.
Cassidy competitively danced at McKeon dance and Gymnastics center for 16+ years. She also competed on the prep optional team for Gymnastics. Cassidy spent the last 7 years living in VA earning her bachelors and master's degrees as well as coaching at Lynchburg Elite Dance Academy. Cassidy also coaches a local college cheerleading team. Cassidy is excited to be back home coaching where she grew up and cannot wait to be part of an amazing season.
